Refund and Retake Policy
My goal at Crystal Collins Photography is your complete satisfaction with your investment.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance or instance that physically or legally prevents Crystal Collins Photography from shooting on a scheduled date/time the session will be cancelled and the client will get a full refund of their deposit, where applicable, or be rescheduled for another date and time. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend, or be prepared for, the session on the day and time scheduled when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, can not be returned; Crystal Collins Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed, i.e. the buyer has paid the chosen investment price detailed on the "Investments" page of this website, signifying agreement of the outlined details, it is then considered non-refundable.
Refunds and retake sessions will not be given due to "not liking a photo", selecting an incorrect photo, or any other reason. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
If your investment allows you to choose images you will see watermarked proofs in your gallery until you've made your selection. You will have 7 days from the time you receive access to your images to choose the number of photos specified in the investment details (located under the "2023 Investments" tab of this website). If you are not able to make a selection within 7 days for whatever reason, please reach out to make arrangements with me. If I don't hear from you I will choose images for you and deliver them electronically in your online gallery.
You will have 30 days from the time your final images are posted in your gallery to download them. After 30 days I will securely archive your file to make room for other galleries. No refunds or retakes will be given if you "just didn't get around to it" or you, "don't like your selection."
